1961-1965 Jeep CJ 3B Fuel Tank

1961-1965 Jeep CJ3B serial #39838 and up. This is an “Under the Passengers” seat plastic fuel tank. The sending unit is installed with 6 screws and has a straight fuel filler neck (it does not angle back towards the rear tire). The fuel pickup tube is installed on top of the tank. An in-line fuel filter is required. This tank does not have a drain plug. Includes a new 6-hole sending unit gasket.

Approx. dimensions: 25″ x 18 1/2″ x 6 1/2″. Replaces #: 911895-RH.

**This is an aftermarket "Custom" install tank. Jeep did not offer this tank originally so the tool box and any other items under the passengers seat will need to be removed. An additional fuel line will need to be run, a new sending unit, gas cap, strap, filler plate and filler plate grommet will need to be purchased. A new hole will need to be cut in the side of the CJ in order for the filler neck to come through like the drivers side.
