1955-1972 Jeep CJ5 & CJ6 gas tank

 1955-1972 Jeep CJ 5 and CJ 6. This is an "Under the Passengers" seat tank** with a 6 screw sending unit hole and an angled filler pipe. The pickup tube comes installed on the TOP of the tank. In-line fuel filter required. Includes new 6-hole sending unit gasket. Will work with V6 engines with 6 screw sending unit, NOT lock ring style sending unit tanks. This plastic tank does not have a drain plug because the plastic is an insulator eliminating the condensation issue.

**This is an aftermarket "Custom" install tank. Jeep did not offer this tank originally so the tool box and any other items under the passengers seat will need to be removed. An additional fuel line will need to be run, a new sending unit, gas cap, strap, filler plate and filler plate grommet will need to be purchased. A new hole will need to be cut in the side of the CJ in order for the filler neck to come through like the drivers side.
