1983-1984 Ford Full-Size Pickup 19 gallon DIESEL ONLY (SIDE OEM style metal tank – approx.. 56” long*) sending unit. Includes a new lock ring and O-ring. Purchasing a new “funnel” style in-tank fuel filter (TREXFMFF-5) is recommended when installing the new unit.

*If your original Midship tank is an OEM Plastic tank OR your original SIDE tank is an OEM style 16 gal. Metal tank (approx.. 40” long) this sending unit will NOT work. We are working with our manufacturing partners to bring the OEM Plastic tank sending units to market. Please check back often.

**This unit will NOT fit properly starting in the 1985 Ford Diesel F-Series Pickups. Ford enlarged the sending unit hole in 1985. Look at our TREXFMSU-6DE unit.
