1985-1986 Ford F-Series Pickup sending unit for the OEM Rear Plastic DIESEL ONLY fuel tank. A new O-Ring is included with the sending unit. When installing the sending unit, reuse the original nut to secure the unit to the tank. Purchasing a new “funnel” style in-tank fuel filter (TREXFMFF-5) is recommended when installing the new unit.
*This sending unit does NOT work properly in the 1987-1989 Ford Diesel Pickup. Ford flipped the Ohm range in 1987 so do not purchase this unit for those years. Look at our TREXFMSU-12DEP unit.
